  Applicants for the poster presentation are required to submit an abstract.The abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee.  The accepted abstracts will be published in the symposium proceedings.

  The abstract should be saved as Adobe PDF file(.pdf) or Microsoft Word file(.doc/.docx) and is required to be uploaded from mypage interface after registration. You can continuously upload updated files before the submission deadline(January 15, 2010), only the latest version will be sent to the Program Commitee. Please download and use the abstract example.

  Acceptance of the presentation will be notified to applicants through your mypage. The abstract must be written in English. Insert your text by properly replacing the Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Abstract, Keywords, References, etc.  Figure(s) may be inserted if necessary.

Instructions for Poster Presentations

 

We ask all participants of the poster sessions on April 7 or 8 to present their posters between  17:20-19:30.  Please put up your poster on the panel matching your poster number before the start of the poster session. Thumbtacks will be available from the symposium secretariat. The poster panel is 90 cm wide and 210 cm high.

 

 

To authors of the poster session on April 7

You can display your poster from 3:50pm on April 7.  Please remove your poster before 12:30pm on April 8.

 

To authors of the poster session on April 8

You can display your poster after 12:30pm on April 8. Please remove your poster before 10:00am on April 9.

 

Posters left on display panels after the removal time of each day will be removed. You may pick up removed posters from the registration desk.
